Thank you for your booking. By confirming your stay, you accept the following terms and conditions, which apply to all guests regardless of the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or direct reservation).

1. Payment and Confirmation

The booking is considered confirmed only after payment validation or pre-authorisation according to the terms of the platform used.

No access to the property will be granted without prior confirmation and full payment of the stay.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform. Please refer to the terms shown at the time of your booking.

For direct bookings, any cancellation made less than 15 days before arrival will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 4:00 PM / Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Any early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur additional charges.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit of €500 may be required, via bank hold or transfer.

It covers damage, loss of equipment, or failure to comply with house rules or regulations.

5. Occupancy Limit

The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the listing.

Any undeclared additional guests may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and penalties charged to the guest.

6. Use of the Property

The accommodation is strictly for tourist use only. Any commercial, professional or media activity (photo/video shoots) is prohibited without prior written consent.

Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed.

The guest agrees to respect the neighborhood and maintain quiet, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

7. Cleaning and Condition of the Property

The property must be left in clean and orderly condition, especially the kitchen, which must be left clean.

Trash must be taken out, dishes washed, and all equipment returned to its original place.

If excessive cleaning is required, additional cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit.

8. Damage and Theft

Any damage or missing equipment discovered during or after the stay will result in charges or deductions from the deposit.

The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions.

9. Insurance & Liability

Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday rental insurance covering their liability during the stay.

The owner declines all responsibility in case of accident, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the rental.

10. Accessibility

The accommodation is only accessible to guests with reduced mobility if accompanied.

Please note that no specific accessibility equipment is installed.

11. Safety and Property Respect

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

Heating and electrical appliances must be used with care.

Any malfunction or anomaly must be reported immediately.

12. Pets

Pets are only allowed upon prior request.

If approved, pets must remain under the constant supervision of their owner and must not disturb the neighborhood.

13. Immediate Termination Clause

In the event of failure to comply with these terms, the owner reserves the right to terminate the stay without notice, without refund, and may charge for any damage or unauthorised nights.

14. Governing Law

This rental contract is governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the jurisdiction where the property is located will be competent.
